Tater Tot turned one year old yesterday and his Mom threw him a surprise birthday party! It was a surprise party because they were afraid that we would crash the party!
I am a little over 5 years old and do you think I have ever gotten a birthday party? Do you think I have ever gotten a birthday cake? I don't like cake, but maybe if I got one when I was one I would like it now? All I have ever gotten for my birthday is a "Happy Birthday, Lina." and a pat. A large bag of banana peel was served to everyone but I only like peel that I steal and do you think they casually left any that I could sneak when no one was looking? My bio mom, Elsa, NEVER takes peel from dad, but she ate her and my share from Taters' mom. I suggested a "Pin the Tail on the Pony" game, but the people thought that would not end well.
Dr Margi suggested to place Raisinets on the frosting. We all know that where there are goats, there are goat berries! Taters' Mom said she would make that adjustment for next year.
In keeping with the "one guest for every year old", rule of thumb, only Tricki was invited to the party. Taters' Mom dressed them up in party hats and Taters got a special crown one, but Tricki's hat was too big for him. Taters got an elastic bow tie that Tricki tried to snap on his neck, kinda like little boys like to snap other little boys underwear but Taters' Mom got her hand in there just in time and said, "it didn't feel great" and put a stop to that! Tricki wanted all of the attention on him. And of course Taters was a good Birthday Boy!
