Dad was complaining about how hard it was to open the dessert (sunflower seed) bags. He was using scissors. He did not realize they moved the "E-Z Open" string to the bottom until my bio-mom, Elsa, and I showed him. Then we showed him how easy it was to open even the non EZ-Open end of the grain bag.
